I'm Anocha Sirijindachot, also Win Htet Aung, my Burmese name. I'm a full-stack developer in Chiang Mai, Thailand, and for the last 7 years I have been building the software that small logistics and retail companies in Thailand and Myanmar run on.

I did not start in software. I spent years in garment manufacturing and wholesale, doing material planning, process flow, EDI, and IT support, which means I have sat on the other side of the desk: the person who has to use the system, and who knows exactly which spreadsheet it is supposed to replace. That is still how I build.

In late 2021 I became the sole developer at Siam Max, a freight forwarder working between Thailand and Myanmar. I built their first system, SMV3, ran it for years, and then designed and built its replacement, SMV4, with a full accounting engine, payroll, and a desktop app. Since 2023 I have also worked independently, building and operating systems for other companies: the Way2Myanmar logistics platform and its ERP successor, the W2M AI assistant that answers staff questions from live data, and ADCOM SHOP's retail system.

I work in English, Thai, and Burmese, and so does everything I ship. I like typed schemas, boring infrastructure, and a short distance between the people who use the software and the person who writes it.

  • Running W2M AI in production and learning what staff actually ask an AI assistant when nobody is watching.
  • Rebuilding this site so it reads differently for engineers, hiring managers, and the curious.

    Full-Stack Developer

    Sole developer for the company's shipping operations. Built SMV3 (Express + React), which ran daily cross-border logistics for years, then designed and built SMV4, a NestJS + Tauri + mobile replatform with full accounting, payroll, and dual-country ledgers. Full-time on site through mid-2023, part-time and remote since.
